Here I am still, taking over the internet sharing pictures of the best-made hats on the planet: Zephyr hats! This is part of a series that included Auburn, BYU, Colorado, Detroit Red Wings, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Gators, Georgia Tech, Hawaii, Iowa, and James Madison/Jackson State. I had this request come in from Sander Elting after I did a Kansas Edition.
To the left is a University of Kentucky Wildcats Blockbuster 2 snapback. This colorway is one of two done for the Blockbuster 2's. Made with contrast button and eyelets, this two-tone snapback features three main colors uniquely positioned throughout the crown and brim. It includes square brims, green under-brims, and a one-colored snap. The fine embroidery on the front exemplifies both their raised and regular embroidery (the UK logo being raise-embroidered.)
Right, the Kentucky Front Runner snapback; this two-tone design features the raise-embroidered Wildcats logo centered on the front of the crown, while three stitched lines placed behind it. The middle of these two lines highlights the word "Wildcats." Other noteworthy features about this snapback are its contrast button and eyelets, green under-brim, square brim, and one-colored snap. No other major stitching patterns are placed on this design besides the patented "Z" on the side.
Left, the all-familiar Kentucky Superstar snapback, which displays the best known quality of Zephyr hats: raised embroidery. Right, the Kentucky Upshot snapback, a design that came out spring of 2012; it features quality embroidery too.
To the left is one of Zephyr's latest designs: the Rally snapback. This Kentucky Rally is just one example of how incredible the stitching and embroidery on their hats are. This snapback design has contrast button and eyelets, dual-colored snaps, green under-brims, and square brims. The school name and mascot, as well as the school logo are placed banner-like on the front of the crown.
Below, the Kentucky Wildcats Shadow Script snapback, which again shows the quality raised embroidery. The best qualities of this design are the contrast button and eyelets, and then the embroidery of the script, along with its shadow, on the front of the crown. Made with the ever-popular square brims and green under-brims as well. Plain and simple, yet marvelous and trendy at the same time.

I know this post could be considered somewhat "sparse" in terms of content, but to be honest, I did not find the number of Kentucky hats that I expected. This "shortage" of University of Kentucky hats is most likely because of their Men's Basketball winning the NCAA Championship in March. There are Headliners, a Refresh, and various colorways for some of the designs I already mentioned. You can check out Hatmonster for various fitteds too!
